Lawdragon Names Berkoff Among Top Bankruptcy and Restructuring Layers for 2022
Berkoff is chairman of Moritt Hock & Hamroff’s dispute resolution practice group, is the past chairman of the bankruptcy practice group, and sits on the company’s management committee.
In the area of restructuring, Berkoff focuses his practice on Chapter 11 matters, bankruptcy, litigation and corporate restructuring, representing a variety of corporate debtors, trustees, creditors and creditors’ committees nationwide. and locally.
Berkoff’s dispute resolution practice frequently involves her serving as an ad hoc and panel mediator. In addition, she serves on the mediation committees for the Eastern and Southern Districts of the United States Bankruptcy Courts in New York and the United States Bankruptcy Courts in Delaware and the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
